Lilian graduated with an Architectural Technology degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2014 before working in the property department at National Rail on a graduate programme for 2 years. She furthered her industry experience by working in administration for a top retail developer based in London for 3 years before taking a break to travel America. In 2020, Lilian decided to move back to Nottingham to form a new company with university colleagues.
